"We believe that experience never retires."
Through our Able Hands Program, we actively seek disabled tradesmen and tradeswomen who have the expertise—but may no longer have the physical capacity—to perform on-site work.
If you’ve been active in your trade within the past three years and hold all required licenses, you may be eligible to become a virtual advisor.
In this role, you'll:
- Provide expert consultation to DIYers and fellow tradespeople
- Mentor the next generation of craftsmen and craftswomen
- Continue contributing meaningfully to the field you've helped shape
This is more than a gig—it's a calling. You'll be part of a movement to elevate the trades, ensuring that experience, skill, and pride in workmanship are passed on—not passed over.
